Position: Trainer / Assessor

Wendy has been tutoring in Registered Training Organisations for 4 years. During that time the areas she has taught in are, HACC, Aged Care, Health and Recreation and Lifestyle and Leisure. She has also completed studies in First Aid and is an area she will be moving into.

During her working life, Wendy has had a wide variety of different jobs but she believes she has finally got to the one that best suits her. Wendy loves the interaction and communication with the various students who pass through our RTO. "It is great to be a part of the lives as they move on into the career pathways of their choice" she says. "I get a feeling of satisfaction in them attaining their best outcome and achievements. The many challenges are well worth it when you get to see the end result".

Whenever any of us step out of our own comfort zone there are going to be new things to learn, new places to go and new people to see. "Challenges are GOOD", and she is happy to encourage, motivate, educate and help you market the skills you have and the new one you are learning. The saying goes "that it takes a steady hand to carry a full cup". That steadying hand can come from herself or some of her co-workers as they assist you in your studies. "We are all in this, both tutor and student for a common goal, so you can have the career you want and be very successful at it. The choice is yours!"
She is still currently working in the Aged Care sector of the community. This keeps her aware and updated as to where the areas are that need our input.
