Haley College will recognize AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any other Registered Training Organisation. This includes any RTO that markets or delivers training in other states or territories will apply to any student applying to undertake courses with Haley College. This includes RTO's delivering training on-line or by correspondence to clients living in another state or territory. Haley College encourages any potential student to apply for credit transfer if they believe they qualify.
Procedure- Inform applicants to courses prior to commencement of their right to apply for credit transfer on all advertising material.
- Provide copy of this policy and procedure in student handbooks prior to commencement of course.
- Applicants are to provide an original copy of course achievements to course coordinator to support claim for credit transfer. (including AQF qualification and/or Statements of Attainment issued by any other Registered Training Organisation)
- Applications for credit transfer are to be applied for prior to commencement of the course to the course coordinator
- Credit transfer will be granted if relevant to course application
- Skills Victoria will be notified of hours of credit transfer via, part A of the ATTP line by the C.E.O. to ensure hours for credit transfer are deducted from funded hours.
- Students fees will be adjusted to reflect credit transfer, as per fees and refund policy.
